How to choose the nets:
Material: All the twisted net is made from 100% virgin grade material ( H.D.P.E. , Polyester, Nylon, PP)
Color: The nets could be customized in many colors as per requirements.
Twine:
Ply: 3Ply to 100PY+
Strength: The twine is thicker, the net is stronger.
Cost: The twine is thicker, The cost is higher.
Softness: The thread is thinner, The net will be softer.
Mesh size:
Range: Mesh size is from 8mm to 300mm+
For fhising: Depends on the fish size you want to catch, normally the mesh size would be 10mm to 100mm.
For sports: Usually for sports mesh size is about 25mm to 50mm sqr
For safety: Usually for safety mesh size is about 25mm to 150mm sqr
For anti bird: Usually for anti bird net mesh size is about 20mm to 100mm
For agriculture: Usually for agricultural purpose mesh size is about 30mm to 300mm+
Single knot and Double knot:
Tightness: The knot of double knot is tighter then the single knot
Cost: The weight of double knot is higher then the single knot, so the cost is high.
Preference: The single knot is most popular choice in the market in small mes size.
Production: If the twine is thick or the mesh size is small, the single knot would be a better choice in production.
Length and depth strength:
Length strength: It is stretched in length way during heat setting, this is popular for most of application.
Depth strength: It is stretched in depth way during heat setting, and for also the knot tighten, popular for most in trawling nets.
Preference: Customer from different countries have their own preference
Cost: As usual, the man hour of depth strength would be a higher in heat setting, so cost would be higher.
